The shell of the precision filter cylinder is generally made of stainless steel, and the inner part uses tubular filter elements such as PP melt blown, wire fired, folded, titanium filter element, activated carbon filter element, etc. as filter elements. 1. The filtering speed of precision filter is fast, generally 40m/h, up to 60m/h, more than 3 times that of ordinary sand filter;

2. The precision filter has a large sewage holding capacity, which is generally 15~35kg/m3, more than 4 times that of the ordinary sand filter;

3. The backwashing water consumption rate of precision filter is low, and the backwashing water consumption is less than 1-2% of the periodic filtering water;

4. The precision filter covers a small area with the same water volume, and the floor area is less than 1/3 of that of the ordinary sand filter;

5. The precision filter has strong adjustability, and the parameters such as filtering accuracy, sewage interception capacity, filtering resistance can be adjusted as required.
