The lithium kiln dust PTFE membrane filter cartridge is a high-performance filtration element specially designed for high-temperature flue gas dust removal systems of lithium kilns, drying equipment and various industrial roasting kilns. Aimed at complex working conditions with high exhaust gas temperature, fine dust and potential corrosiveness, it is made of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) microporous membrane compounded with high-temperature resistant base fabric, ensuring stable and efficient solid-gas separation in harsh environments.

Excellent Temperature Resistance: Selected high-quality PTFE membrane and high-temperature resistant substrate enable stable long-term operation within 220℃ to 260℃, with stronger instantaneous temperature resistance. It copes with thermal shocks caused by kiln start-stop or working condition fluctuations, effectively preventing filter material shrinkage, embrittlement or burnout due to high temperature.

High-Efficiency Surface Filtration: The PTFE membrane forms an extremely dense and uniform microporous structure, realizing a true "surface filtration" mechanism. It delivers outstanding interception efficiency for ultrafine metal oxide dust from lithium kilns and fine particles in drying exhaust gas, with emission concentration meeting strict environmental standards. Meanwhile, this mechanism avoids dust embedding deep into the filter material, significantly reducing operating resistance.

Outstanding Dust Cleaning Performance: Benefiting from the extremely low surface energy and non-stick property of PTFE material, dust is hard to adhere firmly to the filter cartridge surface. During pulse jet cleaning, caked dust cakes fall off completely easily, allowing the filter cartridge to quickly restore low operating resistance. This saves compressed air energy consumption and extends the cleaning cycle and overall service life of the filter cartridge.

Superb Chemical Stability: Known as the "King of Plastics", PTFE exhibits strong inertness to most acids, alkalis, organic solvents and corrosive gases. When treating kiln flue gas containing corrosive components such as sulfur oxides and chlorides, it effectively resists chemical erosion and prevents premature failure of the filter material due to corrosion.

Reliable Specifications and Dimensions: Two commonly used specifications Φ130×660mm and Φ150×1000mm are provided, compatible with various models of dust collectors. The product features reinforced structural design with good mechanical strength, ensuring no deformation under high-temperature and high-negative-pressure working conditions and guaranteeing long-term stable operation of the dust removal system.
