PTFE Membrane Filter Cartridge for Lithium Battery Industry is a high‑efficiency, anti‑static, and easy‑to‑clean filtration element specially developed for ultra‑fine, flammable and explosive dust (cathode/anode materials, graphite, metal particles, etc.) generated during lithium‑ion battery manufacturing. It matches pulse dust collection and powder recovery systems, balancing explosion protection and service life.

Material & Structure

Filter Media: Polyester filament substrate + PTFE micro‑porous membrane; surface filtration structure, no dust embedding, easy cleaning. PTFE membrane pore size: 0.1–0.3μm, no fiber shedding, low metal ion precipitation.

Anti‑static Layer: Conductive fiber blended or conductive film coated; surface resistance 10⁶–10⁸Ω, fast static dissipation, meets explosion‑proof requirements.

Core & End Caps: 304/316 stainless steel, corrosion‑resistant, no metal chip contamination; anti‑static plastic end caps optional.

Gasket: Fluororubber (FKM)/silicone, electrolyte‑resistant, operating temp. −20℃ to 120℃, reliable sealing.
